Agile 'round the town

Hi there! I’ve been tinkering with software development for over two decades, helping awesome organizations grow their teams into happy, high-functioning powerhouses. Funny enough, I never planned to become an Agile guide, but it seems the Agile mindset has a way of finding me wherever I go! What I love most about it isn’t just the methodology, but how it mirrors a true Growth Mindset. I’m all about being always learning, endlessly curious, and embracing changes like old friends – after all, they’re inevitable, right?

Outside of “herding cats” in the software world, I’m literally a herder! Whether I’m raising Maine Coon cats, keeping up with my teenage son, or showing my horse in exciting cow-related events like roping, reining, ranch riding, and cutting, there’s always something to guide. And for over 20 years, I’ve also been a massage practitioner, though these days I prefer my clients to have four legs – either canine or equine! My personal philosophy? Listen to hear first, understand the stories people tell themselves, and always be open and transparent with feedback. And yes, I’m the person who microwaves my ice cream for 6 seconds – it’s a game-changer!
